However, please note that the items are sold unpainted, and may require additional steps such as removing support structures or sanding before applying paint for a desired finish. Some minor imperfections such as layer lines or slight variations in surface finish may still be present due to the nature of the 3D printing process.

2. **Material Properties**
The material used for 3D printing can impact the strength and durability of the item. While we strive to use high-quality materials, please understand that the properties of 3D printed items may differ from traditionally manufactured products.

These miniatures are perfectly scaled for 28 mm – 32 mm gaming needs. Need a different scale? Contact us!
Understanding the scale:
A 32mm miniature reflects a 1.8m human as 32mm from feet to eye level. Similarly, a 1.3m dwarf is 23mm tall, while a 4m yeti measures 71mm at this scale.

We offer customization options for our 3D printed items. Please double-check your customizations before placing your order as changes may not be possible once production has begun.

5. **Use and Care**:
It is important to handle 3D printed items with care to avoid damage. Avoid exposure to high temperatures or prolonged sunlight, as this can affect the integrity of the printed item.

6. **Order Cancellation**
Orders are "Made for Order". This means, we are preparing and producting it for you. Due this Order Cancellation is not accepted

7. **Shipping**
After the production process is finished, we are shipping our goods via UPS/Fedex
To be able to register you package, carrier need phone/email address.

8. **Returns and Refunds**
Due to the personalized nature of 3D printed items, we may not be able to offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective or significantly different from what was advertised. Please contact us upon receiving your item if you encounter any issues. And we will be happy to work with you for the best resolution.
